Felicia Beard

Felicia is a dedicated leader with a strong commitment to advancing racial and ethnic equity. As the Vice President for Community Impact at the Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo, she is responsible for spearheading initiatives that promote equity in the community. She also oversees the work of the Greater Buffalo Racial Equity Roundtable, a coalition of community leaders who are working together to tackle issues of racial equity in Western New York.

Felicia's expertise and passion for equity have been instrumental in driving positive change and creating more opportunities for underserved communities in the region.
