Karyn Sciortino Johnson

Karyn is a skilled interculturalist with a passion for promoting and supporting more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplaces in philanthropic, nonprofit, and faith-based organizations. With a focus on individual and organizational development, she facilitates dialogue across cultural differences to drive positive change.

Currently, Karyn serves as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Manager, where she is responsible for designing and managing enterprise-level DEI strategies and initiatives that support the Foundation's goals and values. She ensures integration and alignment across the Foundation, using DEI as a tool to create the conditions that enable more people to be their creative and brilliant selves.

With her expertise and dedication, Karyn is making a significant impact on the Foundation and beyond.
