Fiona Kanagasingam is the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation's first Vice President of Equity and Culture. As a key member of the Foundation's leadership team, she is responsible for building the strategy for and operationalizing equity, diversity, and inclusion Foundationwide.
Fiona is highly skilled in facilitating dialogue and decision-making among diverse stakeholders, from impacted communities to activists, educators, clinicians, funders, board members, and C-suite executives.
Her expertise in driving transformation in complex environments at the intersection of individual development, organizational change, and social justice is widely recognized, and she is committed to promoting equity and inclusion throughout all aspects of the Foundation's work.
