Amelia J. Cobb

Amelia Cobb, MPH, is a senior program officer for CHCF’s People-Centered Care and Learning and Impact teams. She leads grantmaking to support maternal health as well as efforts to advance equity across all CHCF’s portfolios of work.

As a nimble organizational strategist + thought partner to executives and senior directors leading change, Amelia is inspired by all things philanthropy and people who turn dreams into everyday realities.

Leaning in with passion and commitment to maximize community impact, social justice, and gender-related health disparities, Amelia has been recognized by the White House as a 'Champion of Change.' Prior to this honor and recognition, Amelia was previously named DC’s IMPACT Leader of the Year for her work as a change agent to increase access to care in vulnerable communities for women and children.
