Ted Chen

As Vice President for Equity, Culture, and Learning, Ted Chen nurtures and sustains an organizational culture with learning practices that integrate and embed diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice commitments within Margaret A. Cargill Philanthropies’ mission and work.  In this role, he also leads the organization’s evaluation and learning work. 

Ted has over thirty-five years of leadership in the philanthropic and nonprofit sectors utilizing innovative program strategies, beneficial learning practices, and collaborative knowledge sharing to encourage social and organizational change.
