Stephanie Cooper-Lewter

Dr. Stephanie Kripa Cooper-Lewter is the first executive vice president at the Kate B. Reynolds Charitable Trust where she directs the operational work of staff across all departments, including programs, grants administration, learning and impact, communications, finance, human resources, and office administration.

She serves as a strategic thought partner to the Trust’s president with a focus on mission effectiveness, organizational culture, belonging, equity, diversity, inclusion, strategic implementation, human-centered management, and leadership development.

She is a distinguished leader in nonprofit and philanthropic sectors advocating to ensure community voices are heard in dismantling inequities while advancing health and racial equity.

An immigrant from India, Dr. Cooper-Lewter has dedicated her social work career to supporting diverse families with expertise in child welfare, health, education, economic mobility, immigration, and women’s well-being.
