Raven Lott joined Tides as the JEDI Program Manager in 2024. Raven previously worked for Deloitte providing project management, implementation and trainings support to a federal organization on its multi-year DEI strategic plan to improve employee experience, customer experiences and workplace design. In a different capacity for Deloitte, Raven worked as a consultant for Deloitte supporting the training and knowledge management work stream for Virginiaā€™s COVID Information Center to support efforts to fight COVID-19 by providing information to constituents. Raven developed training plans, worked across teams to onboard staff, and supported the development of knowledge articles in Salesforce.Ā Raven has a Bachelorā€™s Degree in Business Management & Political Science from Christopher Newport University and an MPA from Bowie State University. Prior to joining Tides full-time, Raven participated in Tides' Bowie State Philanthropy Fellowship Program.
