Surabhi Pandit

Surabhi is the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Community Engagement at the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan, where she leads the Foundation’s DEI strategy development and implementation. Prior to this role, Surabhi led various grantmaking portfolios at CFSEM for over eight years, and developed/managed funder collaboratives and special initiatives related to immigrant and refugee communities, LGBTQ+ rights, and justice-impacted populations.

As a skilled connector and advocate, Surabhi is committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion, and her work has helped to create a more just and equitable society for all.
